Since 1967, Israel has consistently engaged in serious violations and infringements of international law in the Palestinian territories it has occupied since that time. The military wing of Hamas has also engaged in serious human rights abuses and international crimes. JAW will collaborate with Palestinian, Israeli, and international organizations to promote respect for human rights and ensure criminal accountability for those primarily responsible for violations in occupied Palestine, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.
